摘要
用高效液相色谱法检测异烟肼利福平复方制剂中异烟肼和利福平的含量。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 -磷酸氢二钠 ( 0 0 2mol/L ,用磷酸调pH至 4 5) ( 75∶2 5)为流动相 ,UV检测波长 2 54nm ,甲睾酮为内标。本方法回收率 :异烟肼 99 9% ,RSD =0 48% ;利福平 99 7% ,RSD =0 46% ,(n =5)。该法不需经提取分离 ,溶解后直接进样。简便 ,快速 。
A RP-HPLC method was developed for the contents determination of compound preparation consisted of isoniazid and rifampicin. The separation was performed on μ-Bondapak ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol-0 02mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (pH was adjusted to 4 5 with phosphoric acid) (80∶20). The UV detector was set at 254nm. The recovery of isoniazid and rifampicin was 99 97%(RSD=0 48%,n=5) and 99 7%(RSD=0 46%,n=5) respectively. The method was simple,rapid and reliable.
