摘要
本文结合还原性碱液吸收氮氧化物传质速率方程,对旋流板塔治理电镀过程氪氧化物废气工业化试验流程进行剖析。提出了利用改进吸风罩减小抽气量,以提高进塔氮氧化物气体浓度的方法,来增加吸收速率。在此基础上,改进了治理流程,用模拟计算的方法对改进后的治理工艺进行了评估。
By applying a reduction-lye, an equation of rate of absorption of nitrogen oxides is established and the removal of nitrogen oxides in electroplating process with rotating stream tray technology is analysed. From the absorption rate equa- tion, we found that the higher the concentration, the higher the absorption rate. Therefore, if the concentration of nitrogen oxides which come into the tower is high, the absorption efficiency will be high. In order to get higher concentration, we have found the approach to improve the gas collecting equipment in electroplating. The new technology has only one tower, while the old one with two towers. The absorption efficiency of the new technology has been obtained from the simulation. Comparing with the old technology, the new one has advantages of lower investment, simpler operation and higher absorption efficiency.
