Determination of Gliclazide Tablets by Spectrophotometry

采用分光光度法测定格列齐特片的含量。以乙醇为溶剂 ,格列齐特在 2 2 8nm的吸收度在 3.2～ 16 .0 mg/ L 范围内与浓度线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999)。方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .6 5 % ,RSD为 0 .39% ,5批样品含量的 RSD为0 .0 3%～ 0 .71%

A spectrophotometry method for determination of gliclazide tablets was established, using ethanol as solvent, at detection wavelength of 228 nm, the linear range was 3.2~16.0 mg/L ( r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.65%, with RSD 0.39%.
