摘要
KTP是一种广泛应用于 10 6 4~ 5 32nm倍频的优良非线性晶体材料 ,但其应用也受到了“灰线”的限制。本文分析了连续波内腔倍频用KTP晶体灰线的产生原因及其危害。指出了在连续波内腔倍频使用中 ,KTP晶体灰线的产生不同于脉冲和腔外倍频方式。一系列实验结果表明 :在连续波内腔倍频过程中 ,导致KTP灰线产生的绿光功率密度阈值更低 ,时间累积效果更明显 。
KTP is an excellent nonlinear crystal for 1064-532nm second harmonic generation,but the problem of gray tracks is a significant limitation in its many practical applications.In this paper,the cause and affluence of gray tracks were analyzed.Different from pulse and extracavity frequency doubling,KTP used in continue wave intracavity has lower green laser density damage threshold,more obviously cumulative effect and the gray tracks are harder to restore.
