The effects of the holographic optical elements used in the optical pickup heads are analyzed.the principles of the holographic optical elements herein are given and the formulas of the recording and reconstruction herein are deduced.The aberrations of the reconstructed real image are calculated when the reconstructing light is the conjugate relative to the reference light.
