摘要
本文介绍了Dionex400i离子色谱仪测定痕量苯酚的方法,讨论了实验最佳条件的选择和干扰物质的影响。本法选用40％CH_3CN/60％0.2MKH_2PO_4作流动相,检测限为10ppb(信噪比2),0.5ppm苯酚浓度时,相对标准偏差低于2％。本方法测定水中痕量苯酚简单、快速、可靠。
The determination of trace phenol by ion chromatography was introduced and the optimization of conditions and effection of interferences were discussed. The phenol was separated in MPIG-NGl column with 40％ CH_3CN/60％ 0.2M KH_2PO_4 and detected by amperometer detector with Pt electrode. The detection limit was 10ng/ml (S/N=2). 0.5μg/ml phenol, the RSD％ less than 2％.
