摘要
在脱除汽油中硫醇的过程中,考察了一组金属离子插入交换蒙脱石的催化氧化活性,以及影响这种催化活性的主要因素。实验结果表明,Co^(2+)蒙脱石是一种很有实用价值的、好于磺化酞菁钴的脱臭剂。Co^(2+)蒙脱石催化氧化脱除汽油中硫醇硫的机理,文中作了初步的认定和讨论。
The catalytic activites of the mercaptan oxidation and their main affecting factors over a set of metal ion-exchanged montmorillonites are investigated in order to remove mercaptan from catalytic cracking gasoline. The results show that Co^(2+)-montmorillonite is a practically valuble desulfurizing agent, which is comparable in activity to the sulfonated Co^(2+)-phthalocyanine. The desulfurizing mechanism of the catalytic oxidation on Co^(2+)-montmorillonite has been discussed.
