With the rapid development of science and technology, the teaching technique should be reformed. This paper discusses the characters of the multimedia aided teaching technique and the traditional teaching technique, intorduces how to make use of the multimedia aided teaching technique reforming the 'circuit' teaching, indicates the problem which should be paid more attention to on making or using a 'circuit' electronic teaching plan.
