摘要
报道一种天然沸石/堇青石蜂窝体(TFJF)型催化剂在卧式漆包机烘炉上催化燃烧治理排气的具体应用情况。结果表明,该催化剂在处理量为80～150克溶剂/升催化剂·小时的情况下,活性好,净化率可达97％,对800℃高温冲击的耐受性也好,是一种优良的燃烧催化剂,值得推广应用。
Pt-Pd/natural mordenite-cordierite honeycomb catalyst (TFJF) has been used to treat exhaust gases from enamel wire drying oven. It is prepared by washcoating the cordierite honeycomb with forming slurry of active alumina and mordenite powder; and promoter is added. The catalyst reveals good properties in operation, such as better activity, low starting ignition (280℃) and high puring efficiency. At the space velocity of 20000hr^(-1)—30000hr^(-1) and the solvent concentration of 3—6g/m^3, the conversion of 97％ is achieved. The catalyst also has good stability even at the temperature of 800℃ in short time.
