摘要
报道了用国产半导体激光二极管泵浦Nd∶YVO4 产生 1.342 μm输出 ,用Ⅱ类临界位相匹配KTP腔内倍频实现 6 71nm的红激光输出。当泵浦注入功率为 1.0 5W时 ,倍频红激光基模输出达 4 8mW ,光光转换效率达到 4 .7% ,经扩束准直后测得光束发散角小于 0 .5mrad ,偏振比高于 110∶1,2 4h连续工作功率稳定性优于± 3%。
A design of efficient LD-pumped Nd∶YVO 4/KTP red laser is presented in this paper. Using type-Ⅱ phase-matching KTP, 671 nm red laser is obtained by 1.342 μm intracavity frequency doubling. With a 1.05 W incident pump laser, 48 mW TEM 00 mode red laser output is obtained, with the optical-to-optical conversion of up to 4.7%. Measurements show that the beam divergence angle is less than 0.5 mrad, with the polarization degree of more than 110∶1 and power instability in 24 h of better than ±3%.
