摘要
本文介绍了最优组合分配、公平均衡分配和协调优化分配三种类型的总量控制负荷分配技术,并进行了技术经济可行性分析比较,以提供在当前推行排污许可证制度工作中不同地方量力择优选用时的参考。
The three type load distributions on total pollutant emission control, best combinatory distribution, fair balanced distribution and coordinate optimal distribution, were introduced, and their feasibility of technology and economy was analysed andcompared. This work would provide references for carrying out the licence system of sewage discharge in different areas.
