摘要
依据发动机数据库统计结果和大量计算研究 ,本文探讨了提高发动机推重比的技术途径。在当代高性能发动机参数的基础上 ,依靠气动热力学的进步和配以相应材料、工艺技术 ,发动机推重比可达到约 1 2 ;进一步依靠发动机部件设计技术的提高 ,减少叶片机级数、采用整体叶盘结构、高通流设计 ,可使发动机推重比达到 1 3~ 1 4左右 ;要想使推重比达到 1 5,还需采用强度高。
Based on the statistics of aeroengine database and a great number of computational researches,the technical approarches to increasing engine thrust weight ratio are considered.Due to aerodynamic and thermodynamic progress, such as increasing T 4 and component's efficiencies and decreasing turbine cooling air with the help of adequate materials and advanced technology,engine thrust weight ratio may reach 12~13.By means of improving the design techniques of engine parts,such as decreasing stage number of compressor,based on applying blisk and high paththrough design,the engine thrust weight ratio can rise up to 14.It may be 15 only based on metal and nonmetal composites with high strength and low specific weight.
