摘要
1990年夏秋季对海河水系非O-I群霍乱菌污染和血清型分布进行监测,共分离菌株199株,可分型的127株,占67.8%。可分型中以11型最多,其次为9、51、7、45型。不同地点菌型分布不同,在三叉口河段分离出国内未见报导的VBO_(32)血清型。不同时间海河水的菌株优势不同。
This paper report state of pollute and serum typing in non-OI groups of V. colerae collected the Haihe river water system from August to September in 1990 in Tianjin. We have separated 199 strains of non-OI groups of V. colerae, of them 127 strains can be typed, typed rate of strains is 67.8 percent. The higest rate is 11 seroype, 10.2 percent and next is serotype 9,51, 7, and 45. The serotype destribution of the strains indicated very widespread indifferent regions, in addition to, and found two new strains Vbo82 serotype in San chako. It is also found that non-01 groups of V. colerae is different with time of collecting sample.
