In this paper, local asymptotic stability for two neuron system with two time delays is discussed. Criteria for determining the stability of equilibrium have been obtained. Some of these criteria depend on the length of delays and some others do not depend on time delays (such delays are sometimes called harmless delays). Our methods studied have important for neural networks with many neurons and different time delay.
