摘要
我们先后于1981和1989年对韶关市区部分交通干道的汽车流量、大气铅浓度及其对人群健康的影响进行了调查。大气铅、血铅及δ-氨基乙酰丙酸脱水酶(δ-ALAD)的几何均数:观察点(或组)分别为0.39μg/m^3、15.2μg/dl及194IU/L;对照点(或组)分别为0.1μg/m^3、13.5μg/dl及157IU/L。所得结果没有显示汽车废气的铅排放已使观察人群的体内铅负荷增加及出现异常效应。
The motor-car stream rate, atmospheric Lead Level and its effects on human health of partial main highway were inrestigated in Shaoguan during 1987-1989. The geometric means of atmospheric Lead Level,blood lead level and o-ALAD activity unit are 0.39μg/ m2, 15.2μg/dl and 194IU/L respectively in the Observed siteior group, while 0.1μg/m2, 13.5μg/dl and 157IU/1 respectively in the control site or group. The results do not show body boad increase of the Lead and appearance of abnormal effects in the observed group.
