摘要
本文选择居住在大气颗粒物污染水平不同地区5年以上,家庭使用煤气灶的11~13岁小学生504人,进行肺功能测定,采用对小气道功能敏感的指标用力呼气肺量图平均通过时间,用多因素分析方法研究颗粒物和其它因素对儿童肺功能的影响。结果表明大气颗粒物污染可使平均通过时间(MTT)延长,逐步回归的偏回归系数为正,提示较长期生活在颗粒物污染地区的儿童小气道功能受到损害。
504 Primary school children aged 11 to 13 from three regions with different particulate Pollution levels participated in this pulmonary function testing. The subjects had lived in study areas for at least 5 years and gas stoves were used in their houses for cooking. The effects of particulate matter and other factors on mean transit time ( MTT ) which is sensitive to small airway function were evaluated with stepwise regression technique. It was found that particulate air Pollution lengthen MTT in children and its partial regression coefficient was positive. It indicated that the small airway function in children living in the Polluted regions was impaired. MTT was sensitive in reflecting the effects of particulate air Pollution and other environmental factors on pulmonary function in children.
