89-Ⅰ型消毒剂是采用一定工艺合成的液体消毒剂。pH=3.25,比重=1.005,UV光谱λmax345nm,用碘量法测定有效成份为5.73±0.05mg/ml。本品保存稳定,8个月后的保存率为97.04％。对大肠杆菌8099、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538、白色葡萄球菌8032,采用3ppm的89-Ⅰ,去除率99.9999～100％。在温度(4℃)、pH_9、有机物质15％对消毒效果影响小。毒性小,使用安全,LD50为750.7mm/kg,Ames试验、微核试验、SCE试验阴性。

89-I is the liquid disinfectant synthesized by certain technique. pH = 3.25, Specific gravity =1.005, UV spectrum λmax345nm. The quantity of effective component is 5.73±0.05 mg/ml. It is stable. The reserve rate was 97.04% after 8 months. The disinfection efficiency were 99.9999-100% for Escherichia coli 8099, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Staphylococcus albus 8032 with 3 ppm of this disinfectant. The effect of temperature(4℃), pH value (9), and organic substance ( 15% bovine serum ) on this disinfectant was little. LD50is 750.7mg/Kg, The Ames test, micronu-clear test, and SCE test were negative.
