摘要
过程系统比较复杂 ,故障征兆和故障原因之间存在许多不确定因素。对这类系统进行故障诊断存在许多困难。针对这类系统本文提出了基于故障树信息 ,利用模糊逻辑与神经网络相结合建立故障诊断系统的方法。并以某高温硝酸冷却系统为研究对象介绍了具体的实现过程 ,对该方法作了验证。结果表明 ,该方法是可行和有效的。
The process system is comparatively complex.There are many uncertain factors between the signs and causes of the faults.It is difficult to diagnose this kind of system. In this paper, a method, which combines fault tree, fuzzy logic with neutral ntework, is put forward. Furthermore, the specific implemental method based on the object that is the system for cooling high temperature nitric acid is introduced and verified. The result proves that this method is viable and effective.
