Technique of chemical plating nickel-phosphorus alloy

研究了化学镀镍磷合金溶液的组成对镀层沉积速度及耐蚀性的影响 ,确定了Ni-P合金的化学镀工艺 .该工艺沉积速度较快 ,平均沉积速度约为 1 1 μm/h ,且在HCl,H2 SO4 等酸性介质中 ,表现出良好的耐蚀性能 .

The effects of both composition on the deposition rate and corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P alloy films are studied in this paper. A technique of chemical plating Ni-P alloy film is determined. The technique has a quick deposition rate which reaches nearly 11μm/h. The alloy films show a good corrosion resistivity in HCl and H 2SO 4 solutions.
