试验以玫瑰叶片为试材 ,在四种培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导 ,结果发现 :MS +2 .4 -D2 .0mg/L +6-BA1 .0mg/L +水解乳蛋白 2 50mg/L的培养基诱导率最高 ,达到 1 0 0 % .

With the leaves of Rose as material, this test induces recovery tissues on 4 kinds of culture mediums, the result is that we get the highest inductivity-100% on culture medium:MS+2,4-D2.0mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L+protein hydrolysate 250mg/L.
