摘要
对马氏体时效不锈钢Custom45 5时效过程中发生的组织转变进行分析研究 ,在组织转变研究的基础上对Custom45 5时效处理后钢中的组织结构与力学性能的关系做出了理论上的解释。结果表明 ,5 6 0℃时效时该钢的机械性能最佳。从而确定了该马氏体时效不锈钢制作弹簧的最佳时效工艺为 :5 6 0— 5 80℃ 2h时效处理。经此处理后 。
An analysis and study are made on the structural transformation in the process of aging of maraging Custom 455 steel. On the basis of the study of the transformation of the structure, the relationship between the structures and mechanical properties is discussed. The result shows that the mechanical properties is excellent when it is at 560℃ to 580℃, thus, the conclusion is drawn that the best aging period is at 560℃ to 580℃ when springs are made by maraging stainless. It is found that the steel has excellent mechanical properties and good corrision resistance.
