摘要
从智能卡加密技术的基本方法 ,论述了智能卡在网络安全体系中的作用和特点。
Proceed from basic method of cipher technique of IC,the article discusses the function and features of IC in the description of network safety and advances several principles that should be abided by in view of network safety system of IC.
