Meso-四-(3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯)卟啉分光光度法测定废水中铅

Determination on the Lead in Waste Water by Means of Mesco-Four (3,5-Diobromine-4-Hydroxy Benzene)TP Spectrophoto Method

利用溴代卟啉试剂T(DBHP)P分光光度法测定废水中的铅。在 0 .16mol/LNaOH介质中 ,铅与溴代卟啉试剂形成 1:2橙黄色配合物 ,最大吸收波长在 4 79nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 :2 .2× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。铅量在 0～ 12 μg/ 2 5ml内符合比耳定律 ,可用于废水中铅的测定 。

To determine the lead in waste water by means of T(DBHP)P spectrophoto method.In the medium of 0.24mol/L NaOH,lead and T(DBHP)P reagent form an orange compound,whose greatest absorption wavelength is in 499nm and absorption spectrum coefficient of apparent mole is 2.2×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The lead capacity within 0～12μg/25ml conforms to Bill Law and can be used to determine the lead in waste water,from which satisfied results are obtained.
