摘要
分析了福州港 (闽江口 )的交通环境、港口现状、海上交通状况及交通事故 ,论证了福州港 (闽江口 )VTS建设的必要性和迫切性 ,并给出福州港 (闽江口 )VTS的功能及系统的总体方案 .
In the present paper,an analysis is made of the communication environment port status sea traffic and accidents in the Port of Fuzhou(the mouth of Minjiang River)which necessitate the early establishment of VTS there.The functions and an design scheme of the proposed VTS are also given.
