Synthesis and biological activities of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-α]pyrimidine-2-thioether derivatives

以水合肼为起始原料 ,经 5步反应设计合成了 1 1个新型的 5,7-二甲基 -1 ,2 ,4 -三唑并 [1 ,5-α]嘧啶 -2 -硫醚类化合物 ,其结构均经1 H NMR、元素分析等确证 .初步的生测结果表明 。

Eleven novel 1,2,4 triazolo[1,5 α]pyrimidine 2 thioether derivatives are synthesized based on hydrazine hydrate.All compounds synthesized are identified by 1H NMR and elemental analyses.Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display herbicidal activity to some extent and good fungical activity for Rhizoctonia slani .
