一种适合粉纹夜蛾5B1细胞生长的无血清培养基的研究

Study on serum-free medium for 5B1 cell growth

报道了一种适合粉纹夜蛾 ( 5B1 )细胞生长的无血清培养基 (简称为 SFM) .该培养基以 Tc-1 0 0基础培养基为基础 ,补加一定量的水解乳蛋白和酵母抽提物 ,并加入适量的微量元素、维生素、脂类复合物等 ,5B1细胞已在该 SFM中传代 1 8代 ,研究结果表明 :该培养基能支持 5B1细胞的生长和芹菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒 ( Sfa MNPV)

This paper described a new kind of serum free medium. The medium was based on TC 100 medium and supplemented with 10% lactalbumin hydrolysate and yeast extract, proper trace elements, vitamins, lipid concentration and etc. 5B1 cell, had been subcultured 18 times in SFM.The results showed the medium was able to support the growth of 5B1 cell and the replication of SfaMNPV in 5B1 cells.
