An Experiment of Bacteria Isolation from Dead Chicken Embryos during Later Stage of Manual Incubation

对后期死亡鸡胚的卵黄囊和肝脏进行细菌分离纯化 ,通过生化试验进行初步鉴定。在 15枚死胚中 ,大肠埃希氏菌 (EscherichiaColi)的检出率为 33.3% ,鸡白痢沙门氏菌 (SalmonellaPullorum)检出率为 40 %。

Isolated bacteria from the livers and the yolk sacs of dead chicken embryos during later stage of manual incubation.The isolated bacteria were purified and preliminarily indentified.There were 12 dead chicken embryos in which found bacteria in 15 dead chicken embryos.Escherichia coli were found by 33.3 percent.Salmonlla pullorum were found by 40 percent.
