晶格Ising模型动力学模拟

摘要 应用 Monte-Carlo方法研究了不同边界条件下二维晶格 Ising模型的热力学行为 ,利用有限尺寸标度理论得到其相应的相变温度 ,并模拟观测了不同边界条件下二维晶格 Ising模型的动力学过程 .结果表明 :不同边界下有限Ising系统相变温度有较大差别 ,且其系统趋于平衡态的畴长速度也不同 。 By use of the Monte Carlo method, a study is made on the square lattices Ising model for different boundary conditions. Combined with the finite size scalar theory, the relevant transition temperatures are obtained and the dynamic processes of the square lattices Ising model in different boundary conditions near the critical point are observed simulatedly. It shows that the phase transition temperatures of the finite Ising systems in different boundary conditions are different, and the speeds getting equilibrium of the systems are different as well, but the difference vanishes at the dynamic limit.
