摘要
用2种不同的溶剂浸提仙人掌茎中的有效成分,对其进行抑菌作用、最低抑菌浓度及其热稳定性的研究.结果表明:2种浸提液对多种供试微生物均有较明显的抑制作用,但对黑曲霉的抑制效果不明显;仙人掌的95%乙醇浸提液的抑菌效果优于水浸提液.仙人掌乙醇浸提液的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为:变形杆菌、大肠杆菌0.125g/mL,枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉 0.25 g/mL,赤酵母、啤酒酵母 0.50 g/mL而且,其热稳定性好,经 121 ℃、 30 min湿热灭菌处理仍具有较强的抗菌效力.
Effective components of opuntia were extracted by using two different solvent In the mean time the antimicrobial activity, minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) and heat stability were studied. It is shown that extracts of opuntia had a notable inhibiting microorganism activity, but they are not effective to Aspergillus niger.95 percent of ethanol extracts of opuntia has a stronger inhibiting activity than water extracts. The MIC for every kind of microorganism is respectively as follows: Proteus valgaris and E. coli, 0.125 g/mL, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Penicillium sp., 0.25 g/mL, Rhodotorula sp. Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 0.50g/mL. In addition, extracts of opuntia were excellent in heat stability,it still shows a strong antiseptic power after a treatment of 121℃, 30 min.
