含环碳酸酯基新型固定化酶载体的合成与胺解行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 合成了新型的含环碳酸酯基的固定化酶载体 .分析了载体的孔结构 ,测试了载体在不同有机溶剂中的溶胀行为 ,发现载体在无水乙醇中溶胀显著 .对载体与有机胺化合物的胺解反应进行了研究 ,发现载体分子链上的环碳酸酯基易于与胺基发生反应 . New immobilized carriers of enzyme from vinylene carbonate copolymer were prepared, and the pore structure of the carriers were studied. The swelling coefficient of the carriers in different solvent was also studied, and the results showed that the swelling coefficient in C 2H 5OH was the highest. At the same time, the aminolysis reaction of carriers with compounds containing amino group was investigated, and the results showed that the carriers could react with amino group easily.
