摘要
硫酸氢钠能够代替硫酸作为酯化作用的催化剂。研究了一水硫酸氢钠催化剂存在下氯乙酸与乙酸酯化的优化条件。当氯乙酸、乙醇和硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:3.5:0.036,环已烷作为溶剂,回流分水100min,酯收率达73.0%。
Sodium bisulfate can be used as catalyst for the esterification instead sulphuric acid. The optimum condition have been studied on which the chloroacetatic acid and ethyl alcohol are esterified into ethyl chloroacetate in the presence of the sodium bisulfate monohydrate catalyst. The yield of ester could reach 73. 0%, under amount of substance ratio of chloroacetatic acid, ethyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate were 1: 3. 5: 0. 036, cycolhexane as soluvent, refluxing and water segrating for 100 min.
