The high rise apartment is the inevitable result of the conflict between population and land.The right solution to this conflict for the high rise apartment to bring into full play its land saving advantage and improve the quality of the anvironment in the residential areas.Starting from the principle of taking care of kuman beings and based on the environmental psychology this paper dwells upon the design skills to improve the residential environment.
