摘要
描述了一种根据热释电响应确定居里温度 (Tc)以下铁电体居里常数 (Cc)的方法 .由Devonshire的铁电唯象理论证明表征热释电响应的材料参数为 p/ε=Ps/Cc,其中 Ps是自发极化强度 .对 Sr0 .5 Ba0 .5 Nb2 O6 铁电体 ,详细研究了这种关系 .对 SBN和其它铁电体 ,观测到适用于 Tc以上的居里 -外斯定律ε=Cc/(T- Tc)所得的 Cc值与在 Tc以下所得基本一致 .
A method of calculating Curie constant C c of ferroelectrics under Curie temperature T c in terms of pyroelectic response is discussed in this paper.It is proved from Devenshire′s ferroelectric presentation theory that the material parameter as a token of the pyroelectric response can be expressed as p/ε=P s/C c, where P s is the intensity of spontaneous polarization.This relation is studied from Sr 0.5 Ba 0.5 Nb 2O 6 in detail,and for SBN and other ferroelectric,C c obtained from Curie Weise law ε=C c/(T-T c) applied above T c, is basically the same as C c obtained beneath T c.
