摘要
选用反应性单体丙烯酸、二乙烯苯作为交联剂 ,在石油醚存在下 ,在 70℃ ,搅拌速率为 80 0r/min ,通过悬浮聚合反应 2 4h制备了具有一定机械强度的固定化酶的多孔载体 .探讨了丙烯酸与二乙烯苯以不同物质的量的比进行聚合所得载体的性能 .根据不同物质的量的比的载体与牛血清白蛋白的结合量 ,确定了共聚物的最佳物质的量的比 .同时比较了在不同致孔剂存在下合成的载体对牛血清白蛋白吸附量的大小 .
Polyacrylic acid beads crosslinked with divinyl benzene have been synthesized by suspension polymerization. The continuous phase was 34% aqueous solution of calcium chloride. The discontinuous organic phase was composed of monomer and crosslinking agent and porgenerating solvent, petroleum ether(b.p.90~120 ℃). The initiator, benzoyl peroxide, were added to the monomer prior to suspension . The rate of agitation was controlled at 800 r/min. Polymerization was allowed to proceed for 24 h at 70 ℃. It is an effective carrier for the immobilization of proteins. At optimum molar ratio of acrylic acid to divinyl benzene, high binding amount of the bovine serum albumin on this carrier was obtained.
