摘要
通过对高校管理中思想政治工作的分析，提出在高校管理中思想政治工作的作用，主要强调先导作用中思想观念的转变，激励作用中优化高校人文环境，促进教学科研水平的提高，实践作用中把坚持改革开放，服务经济建设和高校思想政治工作紧密结合，使高校管理收到事半功倍的效果。
By analizing the ideological work in current academic administration, the article puts forward the guiding, encouraging and practicing effect; and emphasizes the change of the idea in guiding effect, the optimizing of humanistic environment with the aim of promoting the standards of teaching and rescarching in encouraging effect; the close combination of insisting the reform and opening policy, serving the economic construction and ideological work in practising effect. With all these efforts, our academic administration could get twice the result with just half the effort.
