空气中固体电介质上纳秒正脉冲表面放电过程 被引量:1

摘要 采用感光胶片作为阻挡介质的针 -板放电系统 ,解析空气中固体电介质上纳秒正脉冲表面放电的形成过程 .施加纳秒正脉冲高电压时 ,得到中心不发光的辉光圆环及圆环四周放射状流光的放电图像 .测量这两部分流光的最大伸展长度 ,分别得到它们与施加电压的关系式 。 To analyze the formation of surface discharge on a dielectric plate under positive nanosecond impulse voltage in air,a wire to plane electrode system with a barrier of negative film was used.Experiments show that the surface discharge occurred just after the high voltage applications,forms a Lichtenberg figure witch is composed of a ring shape from here developing streamers.Measuring the streamer′s maximum developing lengths of two parts,two relationships between these streamer′s maximum developing lengths and the applied voltage are obtainsed,which shows that there exists a threshold voltage of the surface discharge.
