颗粒型Ni/Pb不连续多层膜的铁磁共振研究

摘要 用射频磁控溅射方法制备了一系列颗粒型 N i/Pb不连续多层膜样品 ,并采用 X射线衍射方法表征了样品的微观结构。在铁磁共振实验中 ,观察到了一致进动模 (uniform m ode)和高场光学模 (optical mode)的共振吸收峰。主共振峰和光学模的峰位依赖于外磁场的角度及薄膜厚度。高场光学模的发现表明 ,颗粒型 N i/Pb不连续多层膜存在较强的反铁磁耦合 ,耦合强度随Pb层厚度以指数衰减形式变化。这与面内磁滞回线得到的饱和场随 Pb层厚度的变化关系定性上一致。 A series of granular type discontinuous Ni/Pb multilayer was prepared by RF sputtering technology.The microstructure of the films was studied by X ray diffraction technology.In FMR,the uniform mode and 'optical'mode above uniform mode were observed.Both of them were found dependent on the angle of applied magnetic field and Pb layer thickness.The dependence of interlayer coupling strength on Pb layer thickness was evaluated,which is consistent qualitatively with the variation of the in plane saturation field with wpacer thickness.
