摘要 以 (p H=6 .0 )醋酸—醋酸铵缓冲液为溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 6 9nm,建立了用紫外分光光度法测定吡嗪酰胺片含量。本法准确 ,快速 ,简便 ,可用于吡嗪酰胺片的质量控制。 C 2H 4O 2—NH 4C 2H 3O 2 buffer (pH=6.0) was used as solvent,The detection wavelength was set at 269nm,An UV spectrophotometry method was established to determine the contents of pyrazinamide tablets.The method is accurate,rapid and simple for the quality control of pyrazinamide tablets.
