摘要
通过对环境法中民事责任的诠释 ,提出环境资源侵权行为人停止侵权状态的法律责任及排除危害、消除危险、恢复原状及赔偿损失等责任形式。
Based on an explanation of the civil responsibility in the environmental law,the author puts forward the law responsibility that a tortious person of environmental resources stops tortious action and the responsibility forms of removing harm,dispelling danger,renewing to the original state,paying for compensation and so on.
