From the principles of running periodicals and the special nature of editing work, this paper attempts to analyze the necessity of involvement of ethics in the management of academic periodicals. It gives a brief introduction of this involvement on the example of management in foreign enterprises and their practice. It also outlines the concrete contents and their prospective of involving ethics in management of academic periodicals.
