本文阐述了塑性板状炸药的选择、配制和工艺参数,采金船挖斗实施爆炸硬化的工艺过程,硬化效果及机理分析,并对施行爆炸硬化后的挖斗,装船以后的磨损状态进行了初步观测分析。

This paper discusses the selection, preparation, and working parameters of plastic plate charges, describes the operating procedure of applying blast hardening to the bucket and analyses its hardening results and its mechanism. Besides, the preliminary observations on wear and damage of bucket are made after application of hardening technique.
