摘要
本文对低浓度SO_2(1~0.7%)废气净化治理工艺进行了论述。其一,采用石灰乳和含碱选矿尾水交替使用,有效控制硫酸盐结垢,实现了废气、废水综合治理,SO_2净化效率91.58%。其二,采用碳酸钠法吸收工艺,SO_2净化效率97.2%,硫资源得到回收利用,产出无水亚硫酸钠产品。
This paper described the harnessing of waste gaseous SO2 of low concentration.Prom the research and practice,firstly, the milk-of-lime and alkaline mill tacling water alternated to be used.As a result, the sulphate scale was controlled effectively, the comprehensive treatment of waste gas and water wa carried out and the purification rate of SO2 reached to 91.58%. Secondly, through the absorption of sodium carbonate, the purification rate of SO2 raised to 97.2%, sulphur resources was recovered and anhydrous sodium sulfide was produced.
