Performance Evaluation System affects the enterprise in two ways． It may enhance the enterprise’s capacity of competition if it is done well, however it can produce serious results if it is done wrongly． The paper discusses about some problems of enterprise＇s Performance Evaluation System and the specific countermeasures of the Performance Evaluation System in our country are also analyzed in the article．
