Some Ideas about Quality Education

素质教育与应试教育的区别是由两种不同的教育思想决定的。提倡素质教育是时代、社会和教育自身发展的需要。实施素质教育需要正确处理宏观 (社会环境 )、中观 (学校 )和微观 (教学 )的关系。

Differences between quality education and test education are determined by two kinds of educational thoughts. To advocate quality education is a need of the time, the development of the society and education itself. Carrying out quality education needs right relationship of big notion (social environment), medium notion (school) and little notion (teaching).
