论农业产业化与城镇化良性互动的战略意义

On Positive Mutual Influence Between Agricultural Industrialization and Urbanization

我国农村和农业在迈向社会主义市场经济和现代化农业的过程中 ,遇到了诸如小生产与大市场的矛盾 ;小规模经营与农业现代化的矛盾 ;农业社会效益高与经济效益低的矛盾 ;乡镇企业发展较快与城镇化水平滞后的矛盾等。本文以此为切入点 ,界定了农业产业化与城镇化良性互动的内在机制 。

As our rural economics and farming step into the socialist market economy and modern agriculture, we have met a lot of contradictions including that between small-scale production and big market, small-scale management and agricultural modernization, high social benefit in agriculture and low economic benefit, and between the fast development of township enterprises and the low level of urbanization, etc. This essay, regarding this as the point of contact, qualifies the inner system of the positive mutual influence between agricultural industrialization and urbanization, and discusses the objective necessity of positive influence, the strategic position and function in developing rural economy.
