教育不能搞教书育人分离

教书育人是教师的天职 ,教育不仅要抓好智育 ,更要重视德育。思想政治素质是最重要的素质。目前一些学校教书和育人分离现象日趋严重 ,其主要原因是追求从政的急功近利的短期效应和由此带来的学校内部片面追求高分率、升学率。搞应试教育是其瓶颈所在 ,这是教育功能退化的一个标志。全面推行素质教育要强调更新观念 。

Ideological and political qualities are the most important qualities. At present, in some schools imparting knowledge and educating people are drawn apart, the chief reason of which is to try to engage in politics, and the consequence is to seek the rate of high marks, and the rate of enrollment of higher schools. The examination education is the root, and also a mark of the degeneration of the function of education. In order to carry forward quality education, ideas should be renewed and evaluation system be reformed.
