摘要
法律援助对象是建立并完善法律援助制度首要解决的问题，我国法律援助刚刚起步，而我国有关法律援助对象的诸多问题尚在探讨之中，为进一步在理论上廓清对法律援助对象的认识，本文对我国法律援助对象的概念1范围及如何确定各地援助对象等问题加以探讨。
Legal aid object is the first question of building and perfecting legal aid system. In our country, the legal aid just begins but many questions regarding legal aid object is being studied on. To say legal aid object more clearly in theory. the concept of legal aid object, scope,and how to define every district's legal aid object etc. are studied in this article.
