摘要
万年银金矿混合精矿系高砷精矿。经实验室详细研究,该精矿中的砷经细菌氧化处理后可脱除90%以上(即可使精矿含砷量由原近20%降至<2%)。关键因素是选用菌种要能对毒砂氧化力强、必须伴有Fe^(3+)7~8g/L的酸性硫酸高铁溶液、精矿粒度要细(至少-320目占80%以上)以及矿浆浓度较低(5~6%)。
The silver-gold concentrate of Wan-Nian Silver-Gold Mine is of high content of arsenic. Through bacterial oxidation, the arsenic can be removed over 90% from concentrate (the arsenic content can be reduced to <2%) The key point is that the oxidizability of the selected bacterial species on arsenical pyrite must be high. Besides,it must be accompanied with ferric sulfate solution (Fe8+ content must comes up to 7-8g/L),fine grain of concentrate (at least -320 mesh amounts to 80%) and low pulp density (5-6W/V)
