Principles for Adaptive High Speed Precise Frequency Measurement

摘要 提出一种新的自适应高速精密测频原理。它能在满足测试精度的条件下实现最小时间的频率测量。该原理适合任何变精度变测速的测频系统。文中给出了它的理论分析、运行原理以及可应用的MCS-96 A new approach for adaptive high speed precise frequency measurement is proposed in the paper With the measuring precision satisfied it can measure frequency in the least period of time This principle can be applied to any freguency measuring system which has variable precision and variable measuring speed The article gives the theoretical analysis,the operating principles and the applicable program example using language MCS-96/98
