Al-Mg-Si-Cu粉末粒度及形貌在机械合金化过程中的演变

摘要 将Al-Mg-Si-Cu元素粉末按 60 61铝合金成分配比进行了机械合金化 (MA) .研究发现 ,在MA过程中 ,粉末粒度经历了快速长大、快速减小和慢速减小 3个阶段 .相应的粒子形貌变化是从净洁略有层叠的等轴状粒子至不净洁扁化层叠的大粒子 (快速变形长大 ) ,扁化层叠的大粒子由于塑性耗尽使裂纹增多、碎裂 ,并快速减小至不洁净扁化层叠的较小粒子 ,然后慢速破碎为较初始粒子更为细小的净洁略有层叠的等轴状粒子 .因此 ,冷焊与断裂在不同阶段所占的支配地位不同 . The 6061 aluminum alloy powder had been synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA) using Al, Mg, Si and Cu element powders. During mechanical alloying, these particles underwent three stages. First, they increase in size with high speed, then, decrease in size with high speed, and at last, decrease in size with low speed. Corresponding to these three stages, the particle morphology changed from a more clear equiaxed particle with a little lamella to a large unclear plate particle laminated, and finally, to a finer clear equiaxed particle with a little lamella. At the different stages of mechanical alloying, cooled welding and fracture played different dominating role respectively.
